A calm, deliberate handover.
Taking work off a founder's desk should feel like relief, not another project. Here is how we approach it.
- 01
Find the friction.
Identify where work stalls, commitments slip, coordination breaks down, or routine responsibilities keep returning to the founder.
- 02
Define the scope.
Agree which responsibilities DYDI will own, what completion means, who must be involved, and what remains the founder's responsibility.
- 03
Establish the rhythm.
Set up the appropriate communication cadence, trackers, reporting, deadlines, and follow-up processes.
- 04
Keep work moving.
Coordinate agreed activities, track commitments, surface blockers, and follow through on operational responsibilities.
- 05
Review and adapt.
Review progress, recurring friction, scope, and emerging requirements. Adjust the operating arrangement by agreement.
DYDI takes ownership of agreed operational responsibilities. Strategic decisions remain with the founder unless explicitly delegated. Scope and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
